Becky founded BCL Search in 2014 after a decade recruiting at a national firm. Since then, she’s placed over 4,000 candidates — primarily in the NYC area, and increasingly nationwide. Companies across the U.S. seek her out for expert, strategic insight on how to hire, structure, and maximize the impact of high-performing administrative and executive support teams.
Originally from Connecticut and Texas, Becky is a Lehigh grad, mom of three elementary-aged kids, and an active supporter of her children’s school and local law enforcement. She loves golf, skiing, and Big10 football.
Jessica is a Managing Director at BCL Search and has been with the firm since its inception. Prior to launching her recruiting career, Jessica worked in the nonprofit industry focusing on fundraising and development, organizational management, and marketing and communications. Jessica is passionate about helping others and is a talented connector. Her favorite thing about recruiting is building lasting relationships with her clients and candidates and placing excellent talent across a variety of industries.
Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and her Master’s degree from The New School University. She lives in Westchester, New York with her husband, two kids, and an adorable Labradoodle.
Kelly Marchesi Dillon joined BCL Search in 2015, bringing with her a diverse professional background including experience in marketing, sales and client development. Here at BCL Search, Kelly focuses on building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. Her passion for creating long-lasting placements in the administrative support world is extremely fulfilling and she always aims to find the best talent for her reputable clients.
Kelly earned her Bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University. She lives in her hometown of Darien, Connecticut with her husband, 2 sons and 110-pound Bernedoodle.
Julia is a Director at BCL Search. She joined in 2016 and brings over a decade of relationship and special project management experience to the firm. Prior to BCL, Julia led the Special Events team for one of New York City’s highest profile nonprofit organizations, managing record-breaking fundraising events. While Julia loved the causes she helped support in the nonprofit world, she now feels that she has an even more direct impact in finding exciting and fulfilling roles for her candidates that also meet her client’s precise and exacting needs. Julia is dedicated to matching strong candidate talent with excellent clients and delivering satisfaction in all aspects of the searches she undertakes.
Born in New York City, Julia spent most of her childhood in Connecticut, earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Lake Forest College outside Chicago, and resides in New York City with her husband and two little boys.
Katie joined BCL Search in 2018 and is a Vice President at the firm. With a diverse background in marketing, sales, and financial services, she brings an energetic and detail-oriented approach to recruiting. Passionate about connecting talented candidates with their dream jobs, Katie fosters strong relationships between clients and candidates to ensure that both groups find the perfect match.
Originally from Long Island, Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from SUNY Cortland and currently resides in New York City with her husband and son.
Erin joined BCL Search in 2023 as a Recruiting Associate. Prior to joining the firm, Erin worked as an Executive Assistant in various industries including executive search and events. With a career built on the foundation of hospitality, Erin brings a passion for customer service and takes pride in providing a positive and memorable experience for candidates.
Erin earned her Bachelor’s Degree from CUNY Baruch. She lives in New York with her husband, son and two sweet Rottweilers.
